Limiting Student Loan Payments

According to a report released by the State Higher Education Executive Officers Association (SHEEO), the price tag to make college financially accessible to everyone is nearly $34 billion. It is the amount needed to make a college degree affordable for both first-time, full-time students and part-time and adult students. The analysis is based on the assumption that college is considered affordable if students can attend a public university in their state and spend no more than 10% of their discretionary income paying off their student loans.
