An Issue Brief from the Kaiser Family Foundation (KFF) comparesdemographic and employment characteristics and health coverage status of nonelderly adult low-income workers with those of higher income workers. It also examines the change in health coverage among low-income workers following implementation of the ACA and provides estimates of eligibility for ACA coverage options among low-income workers who remain uninsured.
