Development Professionals and Deans/Directors will learn how to develop and sustain strong interpersonal working relationships that lead to successful fundraising.

-Understand the importance of the relationship between the Development Officer (DO) and Dean/Director
-Understand the best practice for cultivating the DO-Dean/Director relationship
-Appreciate the unique and complementary role of the DO and Dean/Director
